Tana and the Highlands

When we talk about Madagascar, we are talking about Antananarivo. The capital of the big island is known for its high city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and its historical monuments such as the Queen’s Palace in Manjakamiadana or the Rova of Ambohimanga. The Highlands are characterized by hills and rice terraces as far as the eye can see.
